What To Expect

• Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
• Flexible Scheduling:This is anon-call positionbased on event needs. Schedules are released about two weeks in advance, but shifts are not guaranteed. Perfect for those seeking extra income with a flexible schedule!
• Hands-On Work:Assist with dishwashing, food prep, and kitchen duties for events, from cutting fresh produce to helping plate stunning dishes
• Event-Based Atmosphere:Work behind the scenes of exciting catered events, collaborating with a talented culinary team
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including cutting, cleaning, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean, safe environment
• Support the Event Chef with tasks like plating, stocking, and kitchen setup or teardown
  
  

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred
• California Food Handler's Card (active and valid)
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
