- Prepare food according to recipes and directions, ensuring consistent quality for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Assist with food production by cutting and cleaning a variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins using knives and cutting machines
- Follow food preparation lists and portioning details provided by the Sous Chef
- Meet production deadlines while adhering to all recipes and guidelines
- Taste all food prepared for the station to ensure freshness and quality
- Aid in stocking and setting up kitchen stations
- Clean and cut ingredients, cook various foods, and plate prepared dishes based on Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef direction
- Maintain a clean and organized station and prep area
- Report any ongoing issues with kitchen equipment or cleanliness to the Sous Chef
- Follow proper rotation and storage procedures for goods
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures outlined by OSHA, Department of Public Health, and Risk Management
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Attend all scheduled shifts, training sessions, and meetings as required
- Proficient in culinary techniques across various international cuisines
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Efficient and safe knife skills
- Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal communication

- A fundamental understanding of food handling and sanitation practices is required
- Must have and maintain authorization to work in the US
- Physical Stamina:Standing, walking, and lifting required for job tasks
- Visual Acuity:Ability to perceive and adjust to various visual demands
