What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified ServiceNow Developer position at TRA'BIAN ENTERPRISES?
LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio
POSITION TYPE: 6 – 12 month contract
POSITION TERMS: Candidates must be local to Ohio.
Will be required to be onsite Columbus, minimum of 5 days a week.
Assist in configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirements
Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications
Provide Support for ongoing and recurring IT Security audits of system
Solution development in the ServiceNow platform
Service Catalog item development
Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions/ requirements and/or design review sessions
Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox)
Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
