Job Summary:
As our Senior HR Generalist, you will be at the forefront of shaping our employee experience. You will develop and implement HR policies, oversee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with FMLA regulations. Your expertise will not only help optimize our benefits programs but also foster a supportive environment where employees feel valued throughout their career journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Benefits Administration: Manage enrollments, exits, and open enrollment processes, collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Be an FMLA Expert: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with all leave policies.
- Drive HR Excellence: Ensure our HR practices align with State and Federal regulations while keeping accurate documentation and records.
- Empower Employees: Conduct training sessions and communicate effectively about benefits programs and policies.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with internal teams and external vendors to enhance our benefits offerings and employee services.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant HR experience preferred; proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; SPHR or PHR certification is a bonus.
