Assembler

Location: Crawford Drive, Crawfordsville, IN 47933
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Schedule:

• 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday
• 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday - Friday
• 7 PM - 7 AM (4/3/4/3 rotating schedule)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that components are accurately assembled to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring precision and quality.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Fabricate components as needed to complete assembly tasks.
• Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse and assembly line.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on the assembly line.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
