Job Description

We're seeking motivated, detail-oriented Assembly Team Members to join our collaborative manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble products according to specific instructions and company quality standards, while proactively identifying ways to eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and continuously improve our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using manual and power equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Complete daily 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities in assigned work areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team leaders and engineers to develop and implement standard work instructions
• Identify and communicate issues with non-conforming or missing parts
• Contribute ideas to enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of assembly experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn product assembly
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, bills of materials, and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
• Ability to stand continuously (up to 2 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
