Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Axiom Kitting Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting American football helmet kits, ensuring they meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble helmet kits with precision and accuracy.
- Inspect components for defects (damage, paint issues, broken parts).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and meet daily kitting quotas.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Some quality inspection experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation (within 30 miles of the facility).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
