Content Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Content Packing and Loading Associate to join our team. In this physically demanding role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed, loaded, and shipped in an efficient and safe manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks with care.

• Packing: Accurately pack products or items in boxes, crates, or containers, ensuring proper protection of contents during transport.
• Loading: Safely and efficiently load packed items onto trucks, shipping containers, or storage areas. This may involve using manual lifting, dollies, or other equipment.
• Heavy Lifting: Perform repetitive lifting of boxes and other materials, ensuring the safe handling of heavy and bulky items.
• Attention to Detail: Follow packing instructions carefully to avoid damage or errors. Double-check product counts, labels, and shipping documentation before finalizing the packing process.
• Inventory Tracking: Ensure that products are tracked and recorded accurately, updating inventory logs or systems as necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to coordinate the flow of goods and meet daily packing/loading quotas.
• Shift Adaptability: Be prepared to receive brief, light training at the start of each shift to ensure understanding of specific tasks and any adjustments for that day's workload.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and address any issues with packing, loading, or shipment discrepancies, working with supervisors or team members to resolve any concerns.
