Job Overview:
We are a leading beer distributor in Johnstown, CO, seeking hardworking and dependable Deliver Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the heavy lifting of cases and kegs for loading and unloading deliveries. If you’re physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and have the stamina to handle heavy lifting, this is the role for you. Help ensure the timely delivery of our products while working in a fast-paced environment!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of cases (30-40 lbs each) from trucks.
- Move and organize beer cases in the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
- Lift up to 1,000-1,200 cases per night (30-40 lbs each).
- Occasionally assist with keg handling (165 lbs) – help bring them down from the truck by letting gravity do the work.
- Ensure the warehouse and delivery areas are safe and organized.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Must be comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (cases up to 40 lbs).
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar physical labor role is a plus.
