We are looking for physically fit and dependable individuals aged between 21 and 29 (with some flexibility for slightly older applicants) to join our team as Delivery Associates. This role is ideal for those who are comfortable with heavy lifting (160 lbs) and are dedicated to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of beverages to retail locations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the position for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading: Assist delivery drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of beverages (cases, kegs) from delivery vehicles.
• Product Stocking & Rotation: Help stock shelves and rotate inventory at retail locations, ensuring products are properly organized and placed.
• Customer Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with retail staff, addressing any questions or concerns while ensuring smooth deliveries.
• Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and U-boats to maneuver heavy deliveries to designated areas.
• Product Quality: Ensure proper product rotation and remove any expired or damaged goods from retail locations.
• Professional Appearance: Adhere to the company uniform policy and maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety regulations, quality control procedures, and state/federal regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Dependability: Demonstrate a strong, dependable work ethic, ensuring punctuality and reliability during deliveries.

Key Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition to lift and carry heavy items (160 lbs) and handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Age Range: Workers must be between 21 and 29 years old (with some flexibility, as the role requires heavy lifting).
• Safety-Conscious: A strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the job, including during product handling, operation of equipment, and while working on-site.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with delivery drivers and retail staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with retail staff and co-workers.
