Position: Electric Pallet Jack Operator
Location: Richfield, WI 53076
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour

We are looking for experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operators to join our team and help move high-quality goods efficiently and safely. Candidates with experience in food manufacturing or distribution are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack to transport products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling and quality of products throughout the distribution process.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support inventory management by organizing and placing pallets as directed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements
- Must speak English (or specify another language if required).
- Previous experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack.
- Preferred experience in food manufacturing or working in cold storage.
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
