Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are organized.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and enhancing attendee experiences.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to execute event plans effectively.
- Manage conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism and poise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the event process.
- Support food service operations as needed, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote positive
interactions.
The overall expectation of this role is to keep guests safe and comfortable. You could be placed as an usher, ticket taker, or greeter. You are responsible for ensuring the comfort of each guest while attending the event, you'll assists guests with the location for their seat and will provide directions to the amenities such as concessions, restrooms, first aid and guest services booth. Please address each guest question in a polite and professional manner. If you do not know the answer to a guest question, seek out a supervisor for help, or direct them to the nearest guest service booth. PICTURES AND VIDEO ARE NOT ALLOWED, if you are seen with your phone you will be escorted out.
