We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to support event operations at various events this season. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support that ensures the operations of the event run smoothly. This role offers flexibility in opting for shifts that best fit your schedule and preferences. Responsibilities may include:
- Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, decorations, and other materials as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with special requests during events.
- Help with guest check-in, ticketing, and registration, ensuring smooth and efficient entry for attendees.
- Manage guest flow, direct guests to appropriate areas, and ensure event spaces are organized and safe.
- Offer event information, directions, and recommendations to guests to ensure they feel well-informed and comfortable.
- Support event coordinators and other staff members with logistical tasks, such as distributing materials, serving food and drinks, or managing event schedules.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to meet performance expectations without constant supervision.
- Willingness to maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Responsibility for providing your own event attire and any necessary equipment or certifications.
