We are seeking dependable, presentable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Staff Team. As part of our front-line crew, you’ll be the face of the event, interacting directly with guests and playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
This role is customer-facing and requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Providing directional assistance and general guest support
- Performing entry-level security duties such as bag checks or monitoring access points
- Helping with crowd control and maintaining organized event flow
- Assisting with set-up and tear-down of event spaces (as required)
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Responding to guest inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude
- Support event coordinators in managing event logistics and guest experiences.
- Monitor crowd control and safety protocols during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in events management or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
