FedEx Shipping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound shipments, with a focus on FedEx and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. This position operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring minimal training to get up to speed.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments in accordance with company and carrier guidelines.
• Coordinate FedEx and international orders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect shipments for quality assurance.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to process shipments and generate shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn shipping software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
