Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and thorough Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately while ensuring items are securely packaged and labeled correctly. You will receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, reporting any damages or discrepancies to management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Break cases into boxes and hand-pick items (no RF scanners).
- Organize incoming inventory, ensuring it is properly stored and accounted for.
- Report damages or discrepancies in incoming shipments to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment when necessary (training provided).
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and careful handling of products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to transition to full-time employment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and materials.
