Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and assembly line operations in Little Rock, AR. This role involves stocking assembly lines, organizing finished goods in the warehouse, and ensuring safe and efficient material handling throughout the shift.
Major Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely while following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance by completing forklift checklists at the start of each shift.
- Stock assembly lines and move finished goods to designated storage areas.
- Communicate any operational issues with the shift supervisor.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- Forklift Experience: Previous forklift operation required, stand-up forklift experience preferred.
- Time Management: Ability to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Communication: Professional and clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Must be focused and precise when handling inventory and equipment.
Physical Demands:
- This is a safety-sensitive position requiring full awareness and attentiveness.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift overhead throughout the shift.
Attire Requirements:
- Neat and professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Shirts/blouses must be clean, well-fitted, and free of offensive words or images.
- No halter tops or mid-section exposing shirts allowed.
- Shorts, jeans, and slacks are permitted, but shorts must be of an appropriate length.
- Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required for safety.
