Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stack, and organize products efficiently.
- Handle and transport materials within the warehouse safely and accurately.
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and shipment preparation as needed.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure forklifts remain in top condition.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to optimize workflow.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory (training may be provided for the right candidate).
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in all warehouse duties.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
- Day shift (schedule details provided upon hire)
