Job Opportunity: Production Associate & Production Operator
Location: Crawford Drive, Crawfordsville, IN 47933
Pay Rate: $14/hr
Start Date: December 23rd
Interview Availability: Week of December 16th - December 20th
We are hiring for two full-time, permanent roles at a manufacturing facility in Crawfordsville, IN. Candidates must be able to commit to one of the following schedules and reliably commute to the location.
Available Positions:
- Stacker (Production Associate)
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Alternating weeks:
Week 1: 4 days working, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 days working, 4 days off
Role Description:
Basic production associate duties involving stacking and moving items in the warehouse.
Some light assembly work or operation of machinery.
Assemble products according to specifications.
Operate production machinery.
Monitor product quality during production.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Maintain speed and accuracy on the production line.
Requirements:
At least 3 months of manufacturing experience.
- Finishing Operator (Production Operator)
Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday ongoing)
Role Description:
Similar to the Production Associate role but involves more advanced machine operation.
Assemble products according to specifications.
Operate production machinery.
Monitor product quality during production.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Maintain speed and accuracy on the production line.
Requirements:
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in production or assembly.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Comfort with using tools and machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
