What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Picker position at Traba App?
Earn $120 a day with a consistent shift Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Organizing, sorting, cherry picking with forklift, lifting up to 50lbs) required.
Responsible for using a cherry picker / order selector and forklift to select customer orders.
We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Picker to join our team. Speed and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders.
- Achieve a productivity target per hour while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Read and interpret order documents in English to ensure proper picking and processing of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize picking processes and meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
