What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Picker position at Traba App?
We are a fast-growing CPG brand and are looking for a reliable Picking Associate to join the team. This role involves using an RF Scanner to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders with zero errors. Candidates must be able to speak English, use a smartphone, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position, running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a starting pay of $18/hour. (Ability to speak spanish is a bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders.
- Achieve a productivity target per hour while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Read and interpret order documents in English to ensure proper picking and processing of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize picking processes and meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English. (Bilingual in spanish is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
