Job Description: Order Selector
We are seeking highly motivated, physically fit individuals aged between 21 and 29 (with some flexibility for slightly older applicants) to join our dynamic team as Order Selectors. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who are ready to work hard, stay focused, and thrive in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Palletizing: Accurately pick beverages based on customer orders using pick tickets and electronic scanners, ensuring all orders are correctly fulfilled.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform heavy lifting tasks, including lifting items weighing more than 160 lbs, while ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, and dock equipment.
- Pallet Construction: Securely build and wrap pallets to ensure safe transport and delivery.
- Product Handling: Handle beverages carefully during the picking process to prevent any damage.
- Post-Shift Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning tasks within the warehouse and for equipment after each shift.
- Safety & Reporting: Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work Area Organization: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free from hazards to prevent accidents and ensure product safety.
- Professional Appearance: Adhere to the company uniform policy and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Compliance: Follow all company safety regulations, quality control procedures, and adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Dependability: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, showing up on time and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

- Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition to handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting (more than 160 lbs), bending, and standing for long periods.
