What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - Night Schedule position at Traba App?
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting with the production process, and ensuring that all products meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the Production Leader and other team members to ensure smooth operations on the production floor.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment:
Ensure the work area is consistently organized and meets all established safety guidelines. Follow all company safety protocols and participate in safety training as needed.
- Material Organization and Handling:
Organize and securely maneuver materials involved in the production process. Ensure that materials are readily available for production teams and safely stored when not in use.
- Assist with Production Lines:
Effectively assist with the operation of cooking kettles and/or bottling assembly lines, ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently as per instructions from the Production Leader.
- Quality and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all finished products meet the company's safety and quality standards, as well as customer expectations. Perform quality checks and report any issues to the Production Leader.
- Productivity Management:
Maintain an efficient level of productivity by performing tasks in a timely manner while adhering to production schedules.
- Inventory Communication:
Communicate any shortages, defects, or issues in inventory or materials to the appropriate team members to ensure minimal disruption in production.
- Positive Team Attitude:
Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude. Actively engage with team members to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Schedule
Every Saturday from 4:15pm - 12:15am ET
Please not the warehouse operates in a hot environment. Be ready to work long hours.
