Shipping Department Associate
Location: Salisbury, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour
Job Summary:
Traba is seeking a Shipping Department Associate to manage order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Create shipping labels and schedule shipments with carriers.
- Maintain accurate shipping records with UPS, FedEx, and Freight.
- Keep the shipping area organized and stocked.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ground preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
