Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and charismatic Customer Retail Associates to welcome customers, assist with purchases, and create an engaging shopping experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle excited crowds, and a high level of enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Operate an iPad cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain store organization and restock merchandise.
• Provide product recommendations and engage with shoppers.
• Handle excited customers while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and strong customer service skills.
• Must be charismatic, energetic, and able to stand for 10 hours.
• Prior retail or mall store experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high-energy environments.
