We are seeking a highly motivated Transportation Manager to oversee fleet operations, logistics, and delivery coordination at our Conway, AR facility. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role offering long-term career growth in a stable and thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to healthcare facilities.
- Manage fleet logistics, optimizing routes and scheduling to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Lead and develop a team of drivers, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure DOT compliance and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, P&L statements, and cost controls.
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and service excellence.
- Implement process improvements to enhance transportation efficiency and service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation or logistics management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, providing direction and motivation.
- Experience overseeing P&L statements, budgeting, and cost management.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Class A CDL license holder (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
