- Support workers in navigating the Traba app to discover open shifts that match their preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions as needed.
- Promote upselling techniques to enhance worker engagement with available shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and worker satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with workers and employers.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial but not required.
