Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Potato Distribution
Location: US Highway 285, Monte Vista, CO 81144
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Pay: $14.82 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable warehouse workers to join our potato distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely distribution. Key responsibilities include:
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload crates of potatoes from delivery trucks.
- Palletizing & Sorting: Lift, stack, and organize crates of potatoes (up to 75 lbs) onto pallets for storage or shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by sorting, organizing, and stocking products as needed.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
- Refrigerated Environment: Work in a refrigerated warehouse, maintaining efficiency and safety in a temperature-controlled environment (50°F).
Requirements:
- Warehouse Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English (verbal).
- Equipment: Steel toe boots
