Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for a long-term role at Ashley. This position requires consistent attendance Monday to Friday with flexibility to work additional days as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill orders accurately, ensuring timely preparation and shipping.
- Organize and manage stock levels, assisting with inventory control.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and labeling of orders for shipment.
- Receive and sort incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Load/unload shipments from trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Stand for the entire duration of each shift.
- Operate in a production environment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
- Follow company picking and packing standards to correctly fulfill orders based on the order ticket.
Qualifications:
- Must speak English.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, bending, and performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Adaptability to handle fulfillment tasks and general warehouse duties.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
