Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trim Prepper to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading work orders, pulling and kitting hardware, labeling kits, and reporting shortages. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth production processes by maintaining organized and well-prepared materials.
Duties:
- Read and interpret work orders to gather required hardware and components
- Pull, kit, and label materials accurately for production use
- Report shortages and discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Support team members and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role with frequent movement
