We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

This role is crucial in ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient warehouse operations, and timely fulfillment of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and real-time tracking.
- Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Receiving and Shipping: Oversee the receiving of incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation; manage the shipping process to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to forecast inventory needs and coordinate procurement activities.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to inform management decisions.
