We’re hiring a dependable Warehouse Team Leader in Camanche, Iowa. This location focuses on transporting materials for renewable energy (solar panels, windmills, etc.).
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and experience with inventory systems. You’ll lead tasks in kitting, refurbishment, and logistics while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
*Serve as a team lead across warehouse operations (kitting, refurbishment, solar, etc.)
*Manage inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
*Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (sit-down experience preferred)
*Oversee inbound/outbound trucks, verify deliveries against Bills of Lading
*Enforce safety standards and conduct safety inspections
*Load/unload materials and stage products for distribution
*Identify and label materials, report shortages, and ensure accurate tracking
*Troubleshoot complex issues such as shipping delays or order discrepancies
Requirements:
*3–5 years of warehouse or related experience
*High school diploma or GED (required)
*Forklift Certification (preferred)
*Inventory management experience (preferred)
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
*Self-motivated with strong communication and leadership skills
*Steel Toe Boots
