Warehouse Team Member

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-3:30pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Label and repackage products per instructions
• Enter accurate quantities/sizes into a computer system
• Meet quality and speed goals
• Load/unload boxes and palletize as needed
• Keep workstations, shelves, and pallet areas clean and organized
• Move products using pallet jacks
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other tasks and departments as needed
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Order Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves
• Pack items safely and accurately
• Prepare and ship customer orders
• Use scan guns to track and update product information
• Walk to gather items and fulfill orders
• Use tools like rolling carts and step ladders

Qualifications

• Comfortable using touch screens, scan guns, and label printers
• Able to follow instructions in English or Spanish
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Stand for 8–10 hours
• Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse setting
• Exposure to stationary and moving equipment
• Work around forklifts and pallet jacks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
