What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Worker - Cycle Count position at Traba App?
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Warehouse Support – Cycle Count position maintains warehouse functionality by performing various warehouse support duties including: inventory cycle counts, organization and bin location of inventory, data input, and material distribution/delivery. Works in a team environment to ensure accuracy and availability of inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
- Understands the impact of accurate inventory balances & the impact it has on the organization as a whole.
- Ability to count accurately & challenge variance to support findings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate in SAP in order to support data acquisition at the part level (BIN locations, Balanceon hand & all other data as the position requires).
- Follow specific policies and procedures for the handling of Cycle Counts.
- Clear verbal and written communication, as this position will be required to interact extensively withinthe Inventory Control Department and other departments, as required.
- Responsible for the safeguarding and issuing of all inventories residing within all segregated stockinglocations.
- Willingness to learn part for the proper identification of parts (part numbers, utilize and read referenceinformation provided, etc.).
- Works independently and follows specific instructions of Lead & Managers, as requested.
