Role Overview :
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Traba, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our technology teams-Engineering, Product, and Design. Leveraging your extensive experience in technical recruitment, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent to drive our innovative efforts forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Technical Recruitment : Lead the recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on identifying and hiring top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, including those with niche skill sets.

Salary Range Details :
