Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Work with balloon prints and technical drawings to ensure inspection accuracy.
- Analyze defect data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide quality support for machining operations, ensuring product conformance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of quality engineering experience, ideally in aerospace or defense.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience conducting supplier quality audits and compliance checks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and some certifications such as ISO9001, AS9100, ASQ, and related are preferred.
