We are seeking a National Director of Sales for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in Boca Raton, FL . This role is working onsite and will require travel.
Overview :
You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales goals. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing the team to ensure they reach their full potential. Your strategic vision and steadfast accountability will be instrumental in driving their growth and success. This role is crucial in aligning sales strategies with the company's long-term objectives. It is important to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Mentor and develop sales team, which includes hiring, training, and implementing incentive programs.
- Track and evaluate sales teams activities, KPMs, and KPIs to ensure accountability and provide coaching to meet targets.
- Report on sales activity and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance to align sales strategies.
- Foster a competitive but collaborative team environment.
- Manage national trainers to ensure effective training for teams and clients.
- Develop sales training tools, which should include a sales playbook and battle cards.
- Manage and improve the deal flow process within the CRM system.
- Support acquisition and retention by maintaining client relationships.
- Conduct engaging presentations for potential clients.
