We are currently accepting applications for rising juniors and seniors for participation in our paid, 11-week summer internship program centrally located at TRAC Intermodal’s corporate headquarters in Princeton, NJ.

Your Role
The Marketing/Sales Support Intern will support and assist in Marketing efforts surrounding the development on TRAC branding, social media content, website design, and overall marketing functions. In addition, the intern will work to develop commercial/sales opportunities, prospecting, database creation, reporting and analytics.
What You’ll Do
Core day-to-day responsibilities may include but are not limited to any of the following:
- Intern will assist Marketing with social media efforts, website design and event preparation. He/She will be responsible for daily Industry News updates, support with giveaway items, and support overall company branding and communication efforts to ensure consistency amongst all TRAC Brands including TRAC Intermodal, TRAC Tire and TRAC Services.
- Support Commercial goal of increased Motor Carrier Pool and Term business through email and phone reach out.
- Collaborate with Account Management Team on automating repetitive processes, dashboard enhancements, team reporting, new user guides, and daily interactions with customers including meeting minutes and action item follow ups.
- Assist Customer Service Team with day-to-day inquiries during volume surges.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university seeking a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3.0 grade point average or higher
- Strong record of academic performance and extracurricular/community involvement
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience with an emphasis upon PowerPoint and Excel (highly proficient experience in PowerPoint and Excel is required for success in this role)
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Motivated and eager to embrace new challenges
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to present data to stakeholders in a persuasive manner
- This role is intended for candidates who are eligible to work in the United States without further sponsorship or authorization upon completing their education.

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd thru Friday, August 15th, 2025.
