We're Hiring! Inside Sales Representative
Are you passionate about building customer relationships and driving sales success? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a vital role in managing sales pipelines, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to leads and grow a base of HVAC installers, contractors, and distributors.
Provide timely quotes, manage orders, and resolve customer / vendor issues using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Collaborate across teams to ensure project deadlines are met and a seamless customer experience is delivered.
Assist with administrative tasks during a 6-12 month training period, gaining valuable insights into the industry.
Actively engage in marketing campaigns, customer support, and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- A background in HVAC is a plus!
