Job Overview
The Inventory Samples Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing sample inventory levels to ensure efficient operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with coordinating sample builds per requests from other departments within the company.
Duties
- Manage and track all incoming and outgoing product samples
- Organize samples in an efficient manner for easy accessibility
- Ensure accurate documentation of sample details, such as description, quantity, and source
- Distribute samples to appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring they receive the right samples at the right time
- Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and quality assurance, to understand their sample needs
- Maintain the condition and integrity of the samples throughout their lifecycle
- Perform routine inventory checks to identify and replace damaged or expired samples
- Follow company protocols and industry regulations in handling and storing samples
Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical ability and basic math skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Superb organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving capabilities.
