Master Scheduler Job Overview: As a Master Scheduler, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Primary Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing departments.
- Collaborative Planning: Work with various departments to create schedules and plans that optimize resource allocation to meet client needs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor current and anticipated orders against available inventory, and proactively acquire additional supplies as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders by working closely with outside vendors.
- Master Schedule Integration: Align sales orders with the master schedule, coordinating resources to meet delivery dates.
- Schedule Maintenance: Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule, keeping staff informed of any changes or delays.
- Forecasting and Planning: Participate in forecasting meetings and lead planning sessions with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service teams.
- Cross-Training: Support and train the backup scheduler.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Two-year technical degree; a four-year degree is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing organization.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of business and supply chain, along with operational management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with production planning systems; EPICOR ERP experience is highly preferred.
