Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with organizations and companies to plan and coordinate events at the zoo, ensuring that all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Seek out and engage potential sponsors for animal adoptions and zoo projects, fostering relationships that support our mission.
- Coordinate special events at the zoo, including field trips, birthday parties, and corporate events, from initial planning to execution.
- Develop event timelines, ensuring all events run smoothly and successfully.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of events with zoo operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, sponsors, and team members.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during events with poise and professionalism.
