A midsize transportation client in the greater Jackson area is looking to hire a Call Center Manager to support their growing business.
As the Call Center Manager you will lead the call center team and will be responsible for effectively managing team members Management responsibilities will include hiring, training, and oversight of staff, working within a defined budget, data analysis, and associated reporting, as well as collaborating with ancillary management and leadership. A strong comfort level with technology is critical for this role and prior experience with Five9 call center software is preferred.
The position requires effective communication, strong collaboration skills, the ability to understand and establish strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be strong leader who is able to embrace flexibility as new clients are onboarded, and processes shift to accommodate changes in team structure, and client service.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
