Job Title: Program Manager
Job Location: Tampa, FL
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Program Manager to support, manage, and oversee the Base Infrastructure Modernization contract.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of service delivery for integrated project solutions and services.
- Responsible for managing cost, schedule, performance to include stakeholder expectations.
- Establish milestones and monitoring adherence to master and subcontractor plans while proactively identifying potential project issues and applying issue resolution applications.
- Responsible for contract, project, and task order delivery to include revenue projections, and financial performance.
- Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and other resources (both internally and externally) while serving as the primary liaison among customers, employees, and corporate leadership.
- Work collaboratively with and in support of internal service centers involving engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts, business development, procurement, HR and recruiting.
- Assure that all government regulatory guidance and corporate policies and procedures are adhered to across all projects and service delivery solutions.
- Primary interface between Government customers and internal corporate resources on contractual and technical matters and is responsible for formal and informal briefings and program reviews, as well as the oversight of quality and delivery of data items, technical/scope compliance and overall effectiveness of support.
- This position will be in-office in Tampa, FL.
- This role requires on-site presence to support collaboration, team engagement, and hands-on responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in supervising personnel, managing multiple technical projects including financial responsibilities, project planning and estimating level of effort requirements, and interfacing with government customers.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years of specialized technical experience in the operation, maintenance, engineering, or program management support of communications infrastructure engineering execution.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics or related scientific discipline, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems from an accredited university, or 5 years of Base Infrastructure Modernization projects.
