Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Records Manager to work with the Base Records Manager team to perform Records Management functions at the Los Angeles AFB in support of the 61st CS. This is a pipeline position.

Actual salaries may vary above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition, Trace provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, flexible spending accounts, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, company holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Salary Minimum: $50,000
Salary Maximum: $86,000

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Records Manager to work with the Base Records Manager team to perform Records Management functions at the Los Angeles AFB in support of the 61st CS. This is a pipeline position.
The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Perform as the alternate BRM, as well as primary and alternate 61 CS Unit Records Managers (URMs).
- Perform Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) on each URM at least once every 24 months or upon request.
- Train other records professionals.
- Potential for regional travel to perform records management requirements.
- Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
- Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Training in SharePoint/OpenText, DAFI 90-160 Publications & Form Management; DAFMAN 90-161 Publishing Process and Procedures
- Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience.
