At Tracewell Systems Inc., we are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to operate and maintain complex machinery, ensuring high-quality production of metal parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Amada Press Brake Machine independently.
- Ensure proper tooling and fixturing, as well as report operation times.
- Work within tolerances of -.005" in sheet metal up to 1/4" thick.
- Perform single and multiple set ups on single brake.
- Program and form parts at press brake using blueprint within designated tolerance.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator.
- Recent experience with running, set-up and operation of press brakes, recent Amada press brake experience preferred.
- Able to read blue prints, dial & digital calipers & height gauges.
- Able to form parts within tolerance as tight as -.005".
- Works well both independently and as a team player.
- Ongoing learning and professional development.
