This position requires technical working knowledge and experience as well as leadership experience. A successful candidate: Oversee a team of Technicians, designating work assignments and scheduling. Test trucks & equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufactures' specifications. Diagnose, repair, and overhaul trucks & equipment. Communicate jobs and work progress to manager. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Skills: One year of demonstrated leadership experience. Ability to work independently with minimum direction. Ability to read and comprehend diagnostic service information. Ability to gather date, compile information, and prepare routine paperwork. Ability to understand directions and follow standard operating procedures.
