What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Facilities Worker position at TRACEY ROAD EQUIPMENT?
Tracey Road Equipment, Inc., an established and growing organization in the construction equipment and heavy-duty truck industry, is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Employee who has carpentry and building maintenance skills.
This position will be based on-site at our Syracuse Headquarters but will also require occasional travel to our other branches in NYS.
Responsibilities Include:
- General carpentry
- Basic Electrical
- Basic plumbing
- Basic HVAC
- Painting - interior and exterior
- Landscaping & Mowing
- Building maintenance/upkeep
- Various tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Maintenance/Facilities experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Use of various facilities and repair tools/equipment
- Prolonged periods walking, being on your feet
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
