What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer - Body Shop position at TRACEY ROAD EQUIPMENT?
Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for the Body shop at our Syracuse Branch.
A successful candidate:
- Opens, reviews and closes repair orders
- Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted openly and friendly
- Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines
- Schedules appointments
- Provides assistance to the parts and service departments
- Communicates with customers of needed service work
- Communicates with customers on estimated time of completion
Skills:
- Previous dealership and/or body shop experience preferred
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong writing skills
