Trade Show/Marketing Specialist
Trachte Building Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist experience to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will help execute marketing strategies to promote Trachte Building Systems and its subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Show Coordination:
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of trade shows and industry events, ensuring seamless logistics, booth setup, and marketing materials
- Participate in design, production and distribution of show collateral, booth design, and other materials for trade shows and seminars.
Creative Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support management of content for product launches, customer testimonials, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, including design agencies, printing services, and SEO partners.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Trachte Building Systems and its subsidiaries.
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns targeting various market segments
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing KPIs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across various channels, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Word Press.
